William M. "Bill" King, age 81, of Scituate, passed away on June 16, 2015. Beloved husband of Phyllis M. (Angelis). Loving father of Michael of Quincy and Suzanne M. Bosnian and her husband Adam of Hingham. Loving son of the late William Day and Grace (Meenan) King. Caring brother of Mary Hanna and husband Jim of Scituate, Dorothy Parker of New Jersey and the late Phyllis King. Beloved grandfather of Hannah , Nathaniel, and Benjamin. Also survived by many nieces and a nephew.

Bill owned and operated his own civil engineering and surveying firm for many years. Bill was a veteran serving in the US Army. Bill loved swimming and walking his beloved dog Max at Minot Beach. He was an avid golfer and gardener.

Visiting hours, Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 10-11 am in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 160 So. Main St. (across from St. Anthony Church, on Summer St), Cohasset followed immediately by a prayer service at 11 am. Interment Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate. In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Mr. King may be made to the Scituate Animal Shelter, 781 CJC Hwy, Scituate, MA. 02066 or to the Parkinson's Disease & Movement Disorders Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, 330 Brookline Ave.,Boston, MA 02215.
