Madeline E. (lawrence) Farrar

Madeline E. (Lawrence) Farrar, age 94, of Norwell, passed away on June 14, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Ellsworth L. Farrar. Loving mother of Judith Ann Farrar and husband Stephen Emond of Kingston, and the late Susan L. Dolan and her surviving husband John Dolan of Abington. Devoted grandmother to Brittany Dolan and Benjamin Dolan both Abington and great-grandmother to Emily Dolan. Daughter of the late Benjamin D. Lawrence and Hazel Dill Lawrence. Sister of the late Anna Florence Handy and Judith Kathleen Pearl.

Madeline was a lifetime resident of Norwell and a member of the First Parish Unitarian Church Norwell. She attended MassArt and had a passion for art throughout her life. Madeline was a devoted stay at home mother.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 9-10 am in McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central Street (off Rt 123, near State Police Barracks), Norwell Center. A Private graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Madeline may be made to the Cranberry Hospice, 36 Cordage Park Dr., Plymouth, MA. 02360.
