Patricia Anne (Reale) Buckley

Patricia (Reale) Buckley of Marshfield, MA passed quietly at home with family by her side on November 7, 2021 at the age 88. Beloved wife of Joseph E. Buckley with whom she shared 63 years of marriage. Dear and devoted mother of Joseph E. Buckley Jr.( Jacqueline Buckley) of Marshfield, Deidre A. Buckley of Marshfield, Peter J. Buckley ( Emilia Buckley) of Cohasset, Michael F. Buckley ( Stephanie Buckley) of Sandwich, and Christine J. Buckley of Marshfield; survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Patricia was an airline stewardess before marriage, but then spent many years dedicated as a homemaker giving love, laughter, discipline, and faith to her children. In her “retirement” she worked at the Rugged Bear in Hanover helping clothe the children of the South Shore. Patricia touched the lives of everyone she met. She delighted in complimenting others and making sure people felt good about themselves. Guided by her faith, she was a bright light to all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patricia’s visitation at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central Street, Norwell, MA on Thursday November 11, 2021 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM and a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at St. Mary of the Nativity, 1 Kent Street, Scituate, MA on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM.  In lieu of flowers, please donate in Patricia’s name to : Saint Kateri Shrine, PO Box 627, Fonda, NY 12068 -0627 or online at katerishrine.com
