Robert Joseph Ciciotte of Cohasset MA, passed away peacefully on Friday March 4, 2022.
Born in Clinton, MA in 1937 to Joseph Ciciotte and Anna McNally. It was there, he met the love of his life Carol Anne Shea. November 3, 2022 would have marked their 60th wedding anniversary. As a resident of Cohasset for over 50 years, he raised his daughters; Ellen Ciciotte (Cohasset, MA), Susan Sullivan (Boulder, CO), Tracy MacLean (Ft. Collins, CO), and LeeAnne DeVries (Cohasset, MA).
He also leaves behind his most loved grandchildren; Carly MacLean, Charles, Michael and Kurt Alexander DeVries, Elisabeth Sullivan, his brother Joseph Ciciotte (Hartford, CT), and pre-deceased by his brother Richard (Dickie) Ciciotte.
Known for his remarkable quick wit, sense of humor and style, he surrounded himself with life-long friends that all agree he was the funniest man on earth. Bob achieved many successes in his life, a highly regarded executive in the food industry, involved with the Gridiron Club, the Cohasset Flashers Softball team, and with “You Get a lot with Ciciotte,” he brilliantly navigated small-town politics running for selectman.
As a lover of life, Bob traveled the world with Carol, enjoyed skiing, golfing, sailing (despite always being seasick), playing bridge, the Uptown Poker Club, and instantly made those he met feel welcome and loved. He will be dearly missed.
