I'm sorry to hear of John's passing. I knew him for a very short time at Linden Ponds, but enjoyed talking with him.

I worked with John in Family Selection at Habitat. He trained me to work with the families after he had selected them. He brought such care and compassion to everyone he touched. Everyone was always asking if John was attending, what John thought and what he would do! A truly great man has left but his lessons will stay with me. My condolences to your family.

My deepest sympathy to the Seavey and Walsh families, with the loss of John. I fondly remember Gayle speaking so proudly of her Dad. Her stories of how he loved the sea, and of sailing with his family let me know what a very special man he was. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very sad time.
