Where do we begin. How can we put into words all the years we spent with your whole family. Our hearts are holding you all close remembering the times shared. Erica and Tara in Gymnastics performing, laughing and curling up on the mats with Megan and Carolyn. Watching the wrestling meets of Chris and all his achievements. The days of Erica,Tara,Megan and Carolyn running around the pool after Chris, never catching him!! Watching you all graduate and becoming the wonderful people you are. We are better people for having known and loved your Mom. We will carry her close in our hearts always.

To Megan, Carolyn and Christopher
So sorry to read of your loss. Kathy was always smiling when I saw her. She was very loved at the Osgood School, very intact with her students.
The last time I saw your Mom was at the services for Vaughn and she seemed good.

However, I want to express my sincere condolences, there is nothing worse than losing a Mom, especially one so young.

Kathy was well loved at Foster school. She was so kind, funny, loving, and an all around fabulous educator. We could always rely on Kathy to take care of anything and anyone. She was a wonderful person and has been missed over the last couple of years. We were so sad to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. She always spoke so lovingly of her family.

Dear Megan, Carolyn, and Chris, I am so sorry to learn of your mom's passing. She was a truly special person, but I don't have to tell you this of course. I never saw her without a smile. She used to come in my antique shop, along with your grandmother. Although I haven't seen her in recent years she made a lasting memory in my heart and is fondly remembered.

I am grateful that Kathy entered my life when I moved to Cohasset almost 40 years ago. She welcomed me with opened arm and we instantly became good friends. Our children grew up together and spent many wonderful, fun-filled days days at the Community Center Nursery School, Sandy Beach, the Pratt's pool, birthday parties, sports events, get-togethers, etc. They all went to school together from Nursery School through High School. Kathy loved children, and I was amazed how patient she was especially when at times 10 kids and their Moms showed up on hot summer days to use
the pool. She had a cheerful welcoming smile and was always interested in how you were and how your children were doing.

Loosing a loved one is very difficult and at times very painful. My condolences go out to the entire Pratt family. May you find comfort in knowing how special and loved your Mom/grandmother/friend was. Kathy will always be remembered by those whose life she touched. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

I knew Kathy from her years of subbing at Foster School. She was a great teacher and respected by students and teachers alike. I always felt at ease when she was in my classroom and she always did an outstanding job. I will miss her smile and warm heart. She will be missed so much. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

We are grateful to Kathy for sharing her wonderful life with us and our children for so many years. Hanging by the pool, Halloween Fairs, the St.Anthony's Holiday Secret Room, CCD, Christmas celebrations, birthday parties, Papa Gino's, and Sandy Beach days are all precious memories for our family.
Kathy was an amazing teacher and I was fortunate to see Kathy in action for many years at Foster School teaching reading to so many children.
Kathy gave more than she received. Our thoughts and prayers are with her amazing children and their families.

Kathy was such a warm and welcoming person. The kind of person you meet once but never leave their life. Her cheerful and caring personality draws you in and never let’s go. I had the pleasure of meeting her while tutoring one of my children I took care of in high school. As fate turned out, her son and I would be attending the same college that upcoming year and our paths would cross again. Heaven has truly gained an angel. Our deepest sympathy to those who will miss and never forget her. Sincerely, Kristen and Jason Ward
